  I came there twice. The first time, I did not know a place for wof so it was on Google. Then, from reckless driving l, my car got a bit trouble so I went to the shop near my house. They promised me to get it done in a day. I arranged meeting at a friend place 2 days after and hoped I would have the car to go. Sadly, I had to cancel the meeting because they made it late for my car. I got so many call from them about the cost and stuff. So, this time, I had to walk nearly 40 minutes to the place to pick up my car but it worth it. They got the car done on time. I am not really an expert in the car stuff so I just trust whatever they said. I think they told me the right thing. My car runs well, that is all I care.

  Arranged a pre-purchase inspection through Steve Welford Automotive and they inspected and test drove the vehicle for a good price. I felt we got good value and of all the mechanics I have come across, I felt we could trust really trust them. The car has just been delivered (we purchased remotely) and all seems great so far.

  Initially went to Steve Welford with an issue on my Jeep, he was very helpful and took the time to clarify what was done. His prices were fair and has excellent customer service. Many thanks!

  Fantastic service! Booked in a car for a pre-purchase inspection and had a thorough report come back that was very competitively priced (better than the local franchises). My entire interaction was via the phone, as I had the dealer drop the car off and collect it at the end, and I cannot fault the friendliness and warmth of the experience. They kept the report confidential and did not share it with the dealer and responded with patience to all of my questions. I would use Steve Welford again and would recommend them over the local franchises who have surprisingly poor reviews. Great job Steve and team :)
