  It's not that we disliked it but as owners of a vehicle that is under a compulsory recall we have emailed staff and visited the Dealership but no contact has been made in return

  2/5 merely because they did do what we asked in terms of an AA report... Which we are glad we asked for as it found multiple defects on a car that Tom their salesman was very pushy about wanting us to buy... The defects would have set us back a couple of grand over and above the cars (quite pricey) price tag... It would never have passed a warrant, but they weren't telling us that. He also stated 1 owner of the car where we found the was 4, so knowledge of the car lacked. Tom called almost every 5 minutes asking if we wanted the car as it was "the end of the month and they wanted to tidy up their books", how that was my problem I'll never know. During this time we've been looking at cars elsewhere and got comparably less harassment from sales people wouldn't bother with Stevens again.
