  We had very good service and help when needed from the staff. I can definitely recommend tis company for storage short or long term. We were long term almost 12 months.

  Good value for clean, dry storage. Easily accessible, very secure, with a variety of unit sizes to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I highly recommend Storage King in New Lynn. It was reassuring to me to find such an excellent facility.

  Excellent service and very friendly staff...managed to book myself a storage without any hassles and very prompt...highly recommended!

  I have had my belongings with Storage King for over a year now and have not been completely happy. No blame to individual staff members, they have all been friendly. On one occasion, I was a few days late with my payment and attempted to arrange with staff a later payment, and was told I could not access my belongings. Very sad for a long term customer with a good record of regular payments. Despite contract agreements, a little kindness goes a long way. I've also had the price hiked up from the original agreement, although there was a notice period I feel this is unfair as it gave me the option of finding a pile of money to hire someone to help me move my things, or just fork out the extra money. I do like that my belongings are dry. However there are other storage places around that are also dry, and cheaper. I will be moving to another company in the near future.
