  I'm disappointed with their service. I started to have issues with my central heating system after these guys serviced our gas appliances and central heating system. I sent multiple emails about it, but no one responded. However I kept receiving email reminders about the invoice that was soon coming up for due. This is highly unprofessional and I will not recommend them to anyone.

  Really great. Our property managers organized the plumbers and the plumbers were communicative and really professional.

  I called on ANZAC Monday at just after midday with a critical issue, spoke to Jeremy who was professional, understanding and responsive. He requested details via email, responded straight away (including Covid-19 guidelines and questions) They were at my place within an hour and fixed the issue. Awesome, really appreciate these guys and can't speak highly enough about them

  Alec was great. He came around to quote to fix our gas stove that had stopped igniting. While he was there I mentioned that our oven had never been installed properly by Harvey Norman's installation contractors. (They had said it was impossible). He had a look at it and said "no problem, I can do that when I come back to fix the hob". When he returned, he did the stove quickly and then installed the oven properly. What more can I ask for, a company that follows through on what it said it would do. The cost was very reasonable as well. Thanks Straight Flush
