  I purchased a suitcase at Strandbags Queesgate Lower hutt NZ yesterday. I was most impressed with the service I received from Jessica Stevens. Jessica took the time to show me the features , explained the security system, when I commented that customs would just break the locks,I was assured that the brand I was buying customs had a key to use. I was also show another suitcase that I might like to consider as well. I left the store very happy with what I had purchased.
