  BEST. GYM. EVAAA! Highly recommend to anyone who is keen on an open friendly environment. Staff are down to earth & there’s definitely a sense of family in the gym. Best part is the sweet tunes, highlighted by visits from Rambo (the owners English Bulldog!!!) All round GREAT place to work out! 💫💫💫💫💫

  Absolute best gym ever. This place is run by amazing people, has super kind, knowledgeable and helpful trainers, the members are so friendly too. I used to dislike going to other gyms because of all the staring and judgement but this gym is nothing like that, it's just welcoming and friendly. Plus dogs are allowed. It's basically Christmas every day there ❤😍 cannot recommend this place enough!!

  Super friendly, relaxed, best place in the West to come and get STRONG! Highly recommend. No posers, no creeps, just cool dudes and girls helping each other out and having fun.

  The Strong Factory is the best gym I've been to by a long shot. The equipment is awesome and Dan and the team are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It's real easy staying motivated when you have an environment like this to train in. Thanks Strong Factory, you're the biz!!
