::Always an incredible cup of coffee! These guys (and girls) know how to roast and know how to brew. Honestly the most consistently great cup of coffee in town (in my experience)

::Best coffee in Palmy by far. And well friendly people too. That's not all folks. The environment is just nice too. Breezy and spacious. And if you forgot to bring your own reusable cup as we all do the cups here are all recycled. Not spoiled yet by this review. It's on the sunny side of the street. My new groove.

::Best decaf flat white in town for those of you who are pregnant/caffeine-free! We always get their Brazilian coffee beans for coffees at home and have a stash of decaf beans too. Recently we’ve been getting their Custom Blend which is equally as delicious!

::This place pretends to be nothing but a good coffee shop. The coffee is very good and they offer a few slices to go with it. Good for a quick sit down or for a takeaway.

::Ok, WOW! This place is amazing! They have restored my faith in iced mochas. I haven't had an iced mocha for years after having too many lack luster ones. I normally prefer hot coffee, but it was just too warm outside when I went to visit Sublime. I had really been craving a mocha so I decided to give the iced version another shot. Upon my first sip, I knew I had finally found a good iced mocha. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet! There was a bit of cane sugar at the bottom that gave it such a nice pop of texture. The chocolate seemed very good quality. My favorite coffee place in Palmie so far, favorite iced mocha in the world!
