  HORRIBLE SERVICE! We spent over $40 on food and drinks today, but when we asked for a cup of water we were denied as we were told it was company "protocol" not to give out free cups of water. Additionally when we then told the staff member on duty that they had lost a regular customer he proceeded to cry about it to the next customer.

  Horrible service theres no communication from the staff to its consumers they just stare at you. Apparently a cup of water is against subway protocol according to the indian gentleman who doesnt even know basic customer service.
