::To many flies, I always come here and staff are mostly nice, except one boy, slim, brown hair, who was slouching, I am part deaf, I couldn't here instead of speaking clearer he huffed and got moody at me, when he finished it, I said thanks and bye, just to be polite, he didn't say a bloody thing, I am apaulled and shall never come back. He sucks. He ruined my experience.

::On our way up North we stopped here. First thing I noticed was a big blowfly buzzing around the salads. I ordered my son's usual ...a meatball sub, then asked for a cheesy garlic bread. The guy said "We aren't toasting anything today..." "Oh aren't you??" I said, feeling confused....he then said "the toaster's broken". In this situation, I feel he should have let me know BEFORE I ordered that the toaster was broken, incase i wanted my order toasted (which i ALWAYS do). The thought of a cold meatball sub was not appealing at all so I had no choice but to get him to microwave it which made it too soggy. Also whilst putting the salads on, he seemed to ignore the blowfly buzzing around the salads. Yuck...not a patch on Subway in Link Drive, North Shore.

::I wanted a child's subway for my 5yr old grandson. You can't have tuna for children. Oh ok them I'll have a six inch white tuna and cucumber. Only got garlic bread left. OK can I have the white bread you have left then please. You can but you will have to pay for a six inch. $6.50 for a child's sub just because he wanted tuna!!! WHY can't kids have tuna in Whangarei when they can anywhere else. We won't be going back.
