  Not angry, just disappointed. Came in on a Saturday night, was not too busy. As we were moving down the queue, things went from bad to worse. Ordered a vege sub and one of the first things to go on was the cheese... the bacon contaminated cheese! Following this, the subway employee begun to put pieces of chicken on top of my salad. Not only was this chicken meant for somebody else, it was crazy stressful to watch (I'm a strict vegetarian). The worker had no regard, as all she did was take it off like nothing happened. I usually love Subway, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. There was an obvious lack of communication between the staff - perhaps they were untrained. Regardless, they were not apologetic at all.

  Food was good, but the customer service was too poor. Slow and not very kind

  Best ever Subway experience at Subway Otorohanga. Super quick and friendly staff despite being packed. Awesome work team!

  Super friendly staff and very helpful in assisting us with our vegan options! Both employees were knowledgeable and they even brought the book out with all of the nutrition and allergen info to make sure. If we didn’t live in the states, we would definitely come back!
