  Fast repair, fair price and a good job. I would use them again. A bit tricky to find the first time as they are in the underground food court area. I was a bit lost looking at the ground level shops.

  Came here to get a pair of vintage jeans taken up and tapered to fit me better. Really wish I'd done more research before coming here. Very, very dissapointed and completely regret coming here. The jeans are wearable now, but far from the perfect fitting professional job I had hoped (and payed) for. Next time I will either do it myself, or find a professional tailor service. I don't have much experience with tailors, so I came in with the jeans and asked for their advice for taking them up and tapering them, the girl fitting me was very unresponsive and did not offer any professional advice. It was very expensive to get them taken up and tapered ($50 - almost as much as the jeans themselves), I just trusted that it would be a professional job. I was so dissapointed and upset when I recieved the jeans. They were far shorter than I had asked for, the tapering was so unprofessional and looked very awkward, and the worst part was that them hems were completely uneven. I was so shocked, it was an absolute joke. I had to come back about 4 times for adjustments until the hem was finally straight and another girl managed to take the length down a little.

  Went to Sue's based on the Google reviews. Friendly staff, excellent service - repair took only a few minutes, and was very affordable. Would highly recommend for all your clothing repair and alteration needs.

  Sue has been absolutely incredible with alterations to my wedding dress. I took it to her with short notice (under three months) with tricky cap sleeve adjustments that she has done for me so perfectly. On top of that she has put in a bustle, taken in the waist and shortened delicate lace. Her care and attention to detail is second to none and she is always so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend Sue!
