::I went in 15 minutes before closing to request a passport photo, staff member said loud enough I could hear: "Well, she's bloody pushing it." I confirmed with her that was what she said, told her it was rude, and left to get it done elsewhere. There was only one other customer there and 3 staff. Update: Spoke w manager and he is addressing w employee. Frankly, though, it was clear she wanted me to hear her.
