  Very helpful elderly staff who helped carefully dismantle my car remote to identify the type of replacement battery. We discovered they do not carry the smaller cell battery. Overall very happy with elderly customer service staff who lives by the Jetstar motto of "can do, will do"

  Customer service fron a few of the staff here is terrible! All i needed were new window wipers and i was sent to so many different people in the store. One man even allowed me to stand at his desk for 10minutes before acknowledging me and to see what i was after, after being sent to him by other staff. Once I told him he said he was busy and would get someone else onto it. He carried on on the computer and did not attempt to get someone else. I asked who else i could get after talking to most people in store and had no option left as they all sent me here. He did not answer so a further 10minutes I waited patiently. By the time another member realised i was still in store she came and helped however the whole time i was treated like a hassle as it was closing time however i initially walked in with 30min to spare and window wipers take 5minutes (at other stores). Staff complained about previous customers and carried on as though i was not there. Very unprofessional, I've been treated similar a previous time therefore I will no longer be returning. If you look young and don't have a lot of money they treat you something terrible
