  Katie really helped me, and I want to commend her customer service skills, and her ability to problem solve. She is clearly a valued member of her team, but I want Superloans to give her a nice pay rise, cash bonus, or both. She obviously needs to be commended for her efforts. I had a problem paying the money on this day of the week, so she quickly asked her manager if we could change it to another day of the week, and she did. She really set my mind at ease, and was a real pleasure to deal with.
