::I got a hair cut with a lady on Sunday and the experience was weird and unprofessional. The lady who cut my hair was friendly and comfortable talking to me and my partner, but I would definitely say too comfortable with what she was saying. Her constant swearing put me off and her asking my boyfriend if he was a pedofile because of our 3 year age gap was uncomfortable and unprofessional - even if it was a joke. I wanted to cut my hair quite a bit shorter and she did that but she cut it too short. She held up the mirror asking if it was ok and that "it should be, I'm not cutting it again." Well $90 for a haircut, I'm going to ask her to get it right. The cut was abrupt chop at the bottom and I asked for it to be more "feathered out". She attempted this after I asked twice and I finally gave up asking. My boyfriend looked at my cut and said it's uneven at the back. I won't be going back.

::Not the best hair cut experience. I had some so strange questions asked like do you like your step mum more than your REAL mum witch is sort of weird i would not recommend this place at all

::Worst hair experience I have ever had - I have emailed Synergy with a detailed complaint about bad colour and extremely rough handling and I have asked to be removed from their database. Hopefully my complaint will see their service improve in the future. I must say that overall the salon is well managed - I have been there before and had excellent service but in this instance I got the one hairdresser who basically needs to be fired - she didn't listen to me even when I was in pain and she botched my colour. Normally I take the time to write to thank companies for excellent service - I cant do this in this instance It saddens me she has let them down so badly. - Cheers Bronwyne
