::My favourite local library however, it is freezing cold in SUMMER. Bring your puffer and boots. My hands and feet got frozen. I asked the librarian to turn off the air conditioner but he was very unhelpful saying "I will, but nothing will be markedly changed in one and half hour". But he didn't turn off as I asked the other librarian if it was off or not. Better customer service is required. To save energy!!!
