  Don't go in this shop. PLEASE He have take my computer for 1 week and he have do nothing. Because he said : "I can't do nothing on your computer, sorry, he is dead". But we need to payed 40$. So, we have drop off my computer in an other shop in Rotorua, and is was much better. And my computer fixed , for only 135$ and Windows 10. Maybe because we are French?? DON'T GO IN THIS SHOP.

  I was asked to describe my experience, in one word, excellent. The staff are very helpful and very informative. Most electronic and computer stores around New Zealand are manned by staff that could only best be described as Box seller. (Only knowing what information is printed on the package box) I’ve done business with this company before, under different management, but still with the same professional style and dedication to making the customer happy. I arrived unannounced with a vintage graphic gaming card and asked for it to be installed in one of their refurbished Pc’s. No problem was the reply. With very little in the way of headaches the machine was running and in my hot little hands, one very happy customer. I highly recommend them, and Rotorua is very fortunate to have a " IT " (Information technology) team. All the best for the future. Cherrs Mike Forward
