  Really great care and advice when we thought my old female Birman had kidney failure. Fortunately she was diagnosed with anxiety, probably from the post earthquake trauma and the changes I've made under their recommendation have settled her down a lot. Very grateful.

  Very poor experience for us unfortunately. Someone’s cat in the neighbourhood is lost. We have been feeding this nice tabby cat for a few weeks because it was starving and have tried everything to find an owner including the SPCA and online postings. I rang this vet as a local thinking they would help ourselves and the wider Mt Cook community when the SPCA have had no interest themselves in helping. I offered to pay for a visit two minutes down the road for the vet to check for a microchip as we cannot get the cat into a cat cage despite numerous attempts. They refused to visit even if I paid. Unbelievable, not exactly community spirit. One star. Please call me if you would like to change your approach and I would be happy to discuss what we can do for this cat.

  We have three pets in the care of Eve and she has been wonderful from the first visit.

  The staff are all so helpful, professional, and understanding. I know my cats are in great hands when they're at Tasman St. The cattery is fantastic.
