::Had a problem with my 64bit, 6-8gRAM, legal Windows OS and was told the hard drive had died - still dubious that was the actual problem. Since they 'fixed it' I have lost files, have now got a 32bit, (less than) 3gRAM, illegal Windows OS laptop. These people need legal intervention. I will be taking the laptop back to be full spec'd to the original. Disgusting business practice.
