  on the mat my ageing body in yoga gear doesn't care, flips up into downward dog - just where it should be right now.

  I visited on 23rd November 2016. I have visited a lot of studios and was absolutely impressed with the quality and physicality of the practice. I would recommend the beginner classes for those new to yoga. My practice was the class for practicing yogi. It was a great physical and mental experiance. Five Stars!
