  Ummm bad customer service!! Literally just got off the phone with these guys and the lady I was speaking to was rude! I'm new to Rotorua and the fish and chip shops around here. I was asking what packs they had and what was in it, she responded in a rude manner then when I said that's all right then she hangs up. Yea, not going there that's for sure!

  Beautiful crumbed fish! Overall great fish and chips! Worth a visit and friendly service!
