  Fantastic. I can highly recommend Dr Robert Jing, hes young, modern and really focused. I recently changed after going to my old Drs about 6-7 x in 6 months, and getting no answers for some symptoms I was experiencing, that were becoming more and more serious. I was basically ignored totally NOT heard. Between Dr Robert and my Naturopath I am being sorted out!

  Every single staff member is rude and the doctor did not listen to me even slightly. I have a really long medical history and requested they get my notes from my previous doctor in order to read about my conditions. They did not request my history, it took over a month waiting for blood test results and I had to ring them to get any kind of answer. The nurse openly said that the doctor did not look at my results in that time. The doctor glanced over my chronic conditions and pushed expensive and experimental treatments that they advertise all over their clinic, claimed to be a "pain specialist" and put down all the other doctors I've seen in favour of their expensive treatments (without even a glance at my previous history!) I was completely upset when I left the clinic! I tried to request medication today that I have been on long term, they STILL had not requested my previous notes from the other clinic so told me that they can't do the scripts and I have to come in for an appointment, instead of just checking the history!!!! I've never had such bad service at a doctor's office and I really don't recommend them.

  The Doctor and receptionist were kind and professional but the nurse was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, lecturing me and telling me off for wanting more information before I agreed to a treatment.
