  The people who work in this store would have to be the snootiest around! I live in the area and shop here often, but today was the last Time. I popped in looking for a candle and a diffuser, About 5 staff in there and not one other customer. No hello, nobody even looked up from what they were doing, was like I didn’t exist. I was clearly looking for something, but decided to wait and see if anyone would offer to help . They were setting up for something as had glassware and flowers out, and after about 10 minutes looking, not so much as a glance my way, so i took my $350 business next door to Simon James where I was greeted with a smile and treated like a customer. Every time I shop here, this happens, the last time the person who served me didn't utter a word, even after I handed over my money. When you're in the business of customer service, your customers expect better!

  My favourite shop in New Zealand! I have bought items from this shop that are beautiful and timeless - everything is of such high quality. The staff are courteous and always helpful.

  What a gorgeous store! I still have my eye on that rust coloured velvet cushion. It's so beautiful! I must come back.
