  Poor service. Booked an appointment only to be told by the Technician after the appointed time, that unless I was at the house to pay the bill following the completion of the job, he was unable to do the job.

  We used this company for years but have now switched. Can never get hold of them. Poor service.

  worse company I have ever dealt with. Needed a hose for my smeg dishwasher. was ordered on 4 November, have rung 3 times and still no word of when hose is coming. It is now near the end of March.Do not ring back , I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a repair to be done. Look else where.

  They don't answer the phone or call me back on my message I left on their answering machine or the web form after four days. Last time I needed their service it took them three attempts to fix the dishwasher and it took them about six weeks.

  Amazing service , came 3 times as job bigger than originally thought ( not their fault) and each time they phoned before arrival and when expected.
