  Very much a lovely 'boutique' studio which we enjoyed very much for a great week. Welcomed by the owners and their fun dogs who shared their garden with us too. Made ourselves at home and enjoyed a peaceful but interesting week exploring the area. We were lucky to be there at Easter, at the time of the Hot Air Balloon Festival which was great fun. The studio is with a one minute stroll to town where there are lovely cafe's shops, galleries, the Paua Shell Factory and restaurants. Ideally placed in a very quiet neighbourhood which suited us perfectly. The hosts were super friendly and there if you needed help and advice but not intrusive in any way. We were offered use of their own washing machine which was most helpful. Room serviced, towels replaced daily and linen as requested. Kitchen well appointed and bathroom fabulous with double shower and soap/ shampoo/conditioner supplied. Bed superbly comfortable, we slept very peacefully. Very secure property with electronic gates and fully enclosed garden.The apartment is self contained with own entry and rear pathway too. Highly recommend and if we come back through we will stay again!
