::My mum ordered and paid for cakes online on a Monday for pick-up on a Friday. Cakes were not ready when dad turned up because they said they didn't know and that no payment was done and that they didn't see the email. Why would you even let customers order online when you don't check your emails anyway. Very poor customer service.
