::I ordered a Sports Fan chocolate mud cake celebration cake to serve up to 60 to 70 people for my son's 21st a week before it was needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I picked the cake up it was everything we had imagined and more. The cake was really delicious and moist and looked fantastic. Thank you to the staff at Lower Hutt!!!

::To find out when your child cuts the cake open that they have gotten the order wrong is one thing, but to ring them up and tell them and when they blatantly argue back with you that they didn't muck up and tell you you ordered something else! Is disgusting customer service. On the day of ordering my sons birthday cake I had decided on a rainbow sponge cake and instead we got a jam and cream sponge inside. No apology or compensation for their stuff up. Thanks I'll be sure to let others know the attitude I got!

::I love the ease of ordering a cake online and paying on pick up. I ordered a double choc strawberry torte midi for my Partners Birthday. It was amazing, looked great, tasted great and I'm ordering a Mother's Day cake I enjoyed it that much.

::I was late to pick up the cake and rang them about 7:15 pm but the staff (Amy) was so helpful and let us pick up the cake even after their closing time(they close at 7). Very nice customer service.
