  Thank you so much for the most amazing Chocolate Mud Cake for my daughters 4th Birthday. Service was amazing and you have done an amazing job decorating it, have exceeded all expectations I had of how it would look, it is beautiful, so special. Thank you very much!!!

  Very disappointed with my service and product from this store. Went in on Saturday 3rd September and purchased a $40 chocolate mud cake with truffle icing - looked stunning, small but beautiful for my birthday dinner with the family that night. The cake was so dry and stale not enjoyable and quite embarrasing to dish up. Today (Monday) I phoned to give the shop my feedback and was told that they were very sorry and knew what would have happened - they don't sell many maybe one per week - didn't elaborate more. She thanked me for my feedback and the call ended. After ending the call I felt it was even more disappointing that I wasn't offered, discount, replacement or refund, so I phoned back and spoke to the same lady. Who informed me as long as I had my receipt I could get a refund. I told her we never took a receipt as it was on my husbands credit card, but that I could bring the box, left over cake and a copy of the visa bill in to prove purchase. To which I was told was not acceptable and without a receipt nothing could be done. Apparently this is store policy and is written down in the store - sadly the person serving me didn't warn me of the consequences of not taking a receipt. Therefore I am left with a sour taste in my mouth, a stale cake on my bench and a hole in my husbands wallet for nothing - so thanks for putting the icing on the cake for my birthday Rototuna Cheesecake shop - I will certainly never step foot in your store again and will not reccommend you to anyone. PS I have to give one star as I can't post without rating however I actually rate you a ZERO.

  Fantastic cakes and cheesecakes. Always good.
