  All clean and comfy. Noise at night but til 12 only. Fine by me.

  Attended a 21st .... atmosphere good, finger food provided was endless, we'll it felt like it cos it just kept coming, it was upstairs, outside balcony, beautiful & warm night, my niece couldn't have asked for more, well done The Cobb ....... however the beer that came out of the tap was bloody warm cos they had just changed the kegs over & it remained like that for most of the night, I'm sorry Cobb but a booking for a function was made & you would've thought that everything, including beer, was set to go.
