::The food at The Coffee Club tends to fall behind other leading cafe chains. This store is no exception. Staff are OK. Food is OK but certainly not worth the price. I ordered a Big Breakfast and it was supposed to come with a steak. They gave me a burger patty. Not quite the same thing.

::As far as coffee clubs go (which i frequently visit) this one is sad. The offerings are slim for the price and when you ask for something to be check when you order. They charge you for it but when your meal comes out say its not available. A substitute is however if it is something needed for the meal then they really should have checked. Now that we are out of pocket for what was ordered as the subsitute was not a suitable replacement. The Avacado as a side was pathetic for the price. My advise to people wanting a good coffee club experience. Go to Lunn ave im Mt Wellington or 2nd best coffee club in Auckland is Westgate. Those two are coffee club experinece worth paying for and driving over to.

::The chocolate cake and cheesecake here has always been nice and fresh - high turnover? Which is good. However the staff don't seem that happy or friendly and a bit like customers are a nuisance, often I have to go back to the counter and remind them of things forgotten from our order etc. Coffee is average too so if we are not after the delicious cakes (made off-site) we go elsewhere.

::We ordered a tea, a coffee and a cheesecake. They sent them to a wrong table and had been sitting there for more than 5 mins. After the staffs realized they attempted to send the drinks and food straight to us. That's so gross!! Furthermore, the cheesecake was frozen in the middle.
