  I am visiting this center since last 4 years. Earlier the average waiting time was 30 minutes but since last one year average waiting time is 2.5 hours. I want to request to the center manager to do something about it. Also the person on the reception should be more compassionate and helpful towards patients.

  The fact that I am able to just walk in without an appointment and see a doctor.

  From the reception staff, to the nurses and doctors - I have nothing but great service from 'The Doctors Onehunga'. Informative, helpful and always with a smile. It definitely makes the trip to the Doctors more pleasant with a sick child in tow! Thank you to all the wonderful staff at The Doctors Onehunga :-)

  Worst practice I have ever been to. Prescribed wrong meds a couple of times, and I don't trust the doctors. Also if you don't want to see any more patients, perhaps it's wise to put up a sign saying no more consults rather than treating someone with contempt because 'it is close to your closing time' (receptionist Dee). The only person who is amazing is Nurse Megan, brilliant and kind. Avoid at all costs
