  A small piece of local history for a small price. The tour guide was freindly and incredibly informative however always seemed like she had somewhere else to be.

  Wonderful visit to how life was back in our settlers' time - a small village from the past in the middle of the city. Take the time to explore all the buildings and soak up times gone by.

  Charming early NZ historic house and the gardens would be a great place for a picnic. The guides give you a good insight to colonial history of the area. Respect to families who have saved this place for future generations.
