::I'm very impressed with the service. I have been trying to get a new visa for China during the COVID19 period, which is a new, complex process, and the consulate department has been fantastic. They responded to my emails very quickly with clear information, even responding outside of office hours.

::Impossible to call embassy. Number is a fax machine. When you do get through it is an automated system no one picks up the phone. Very frustrating

::The Visa Office is not here!!!! If you want to have a visa or consultation, you should go to 4 Halswell Street(Next to the American Embassy). The visa office is not in this place! ! If you want to do visa replacement passport business, you have to go to 4 Halswell Street!

::They have moved to 4 Halswell St! Repeat, they moved to 4 Halswell St, you could only find a shut door if you comes to here, so don’t waste time at here. And always remember to bring a cheque. They no longer use efpos in their new location

::Normal opening hour is MonWedThu 9:00-11-30a.m. 2:00-4:00p.m. TueFri 9:00-11:30a.m. If during renovation time, the location might change. We need to ask before go. :) Great place overall!
