  John is the man, great at explaining what repairs needed doing. I actually felt like I had a clue. After checking over the fireplace the office girl Katrina sent me a very reasonable quote, Gwyn turned up a few days later, did a spot on job. The Fire Shop team are really helpful, friendly, professional and very tidy.

  Great selection of fires and very knowledgable staff. The only place to go in Tauranga.
