  The owner & staff do not believe the customer is ever right, regardless of proof; it is their way or the highway & have no problem treating you appallingly just because they can. Their Facebook page is totally one sided & fake, only showing the nice and anyone that has a comment that they don't like, gets blocked straight away.

  They are very helpful and helped me pick out a cake for my wife's birthday. The chocolate mudcake is moist and has a nice balance of flavour with a complimentary buttercream frosting their cupcakes are delicious. I reccommend the James brown cupcake.

  Delicious and highly addictive cakes and cupcakes. Very expensive though and small size for the money paid. If you're after an occasional treat then it would be fine. The products are beautifully created works of art so that's really what you're paying for. As far as value for money, not really.
