::I come here to dine or take away a few times a week. This place never lets me down. Friendly staff, wide range of healthy options for hot drinks, you can choose from at least four different milks that I know of. They have cashew milk! All their food is labeled if it is, gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, vegan. I have a major sweet tooth and I am a big meat eater yet I love everything in here!!

::The combination of therapists, herbal dispensary and cafe makes this a go-to place for my alternative health leanings. Being able to see the most amazing naturopath then have a turmeric latte while waiting for my herbs to be prepared is pretty special.

::Really tasty mix of food, colorful and wholesome. Had lunch once a week here, sort of a regular. Excellent cuisine thank you. Have now moved away and really really miss this cafe. Can't wait to return to chch just for this place.
