::Trying to get by bus from Whangarei to Auckland. Went in two days ago to buy tickets and given the run around with information, didn't end up buying tickets as staff weren't very pro active about just selling us the tickets, advised that fares are approx $45 for two people on Mana Bus but "cheaper if you pay the bus driver cash". Not fussed about cheaper fares however turned up on day and due to website being glitchy via phone prior - tried to buy tickets again to be told couldn't buy tickets so close to bus trip and would have to pay driver cash. Driver advised cash price of tickets to be approx $70 for two tickets which we didn't have on us due to flying out that eve and being initially poorly advised on price. Terrible service overall.
