  The gentleman who assisted on the day with our furniture were very professional and helpful but the same cant be said about the customer service from the office. The lady we dealt with was extremely unprofessional and the service was poor

  On time but didn't secure the small components of furniture at pick up (so an old mirror lost some irreplaceable parts in transit) and ignored 'fragile - this way up' markings on drop off. Have had better service from cheap shift-a-flat companies.

  We used The Moving Company for our corporate move and we were very impressed with how well organised they were. They were very punctual (showing up in the wee hours of the morning in order to ensure Pylon cones were put in place for parking downtown Wellington). The company was supportive and organised and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good reliable company to move their precious belongings.

  I would like to give the team at The Moving Company a BIG Thank you for moving us to Sydney and all the support before, during and after. We had no breakages or damage at all.
