Companies must actively promote their drugs to a division of MOH to get approval. Patients must actively lobby to get even minor funding for life-changing and life-saving drugs. Employees are well looked after and can afford the medicines that are over priced for average people. Bad spending policies by incompetent staff leads to many deaths.
