  Worst doctors offices I've ever had the mis-pleasure of visiting. Rude staff, Un interested doctors. Find somewhere else to enrol if at all possible

  DOCTOR JOSEPH SAMI.. I HAVE KNOWEN JOSEPH FOR TEN YRS NOW..DEALING WITH MY ACC N INJURY N OTHER MEDICAL THINGS.. I COULDNT WANT FOR ANY OTHER DOCTOR.. HES ONE IN A MILLION

  Worst medical centre ive ever been to!! takes over a week to get an appointment and for a non-urgent kids appointment they tell me to wait in the emergency area. Confirmed all my usual meds with the doctor (been on then 15+ years) and when I needed a new script they insisted I come in to see the dr AGAIN to confirm them, happened twice now. Also they lost all my personal information (hard copies) from the desk. "Someone must have taken it" they said.

  Had an appointment booked at 1pm for a simple 5 minute appointment. Ended up waiting 3 hours after being seen by two nurses and a doctor which was completely unnecessary. Staff appear lathargic and unwilling to help. Based on other previous experiences I will be leaving this practice and do not recommend it to anyone who cares about their health.

  Receptionists are always rude, slow, I could be waiting 10 minutes in line and they’re still giggling amongst each other. They don’t make you feel comfortable, don’t go out of their way to help anyone. Nothing significantly great about the place. That was enough for me to move to Kauri healthcare.
