  Never seen such incompetence from a courier company before. Kept my package for 5 days, had to call and go pick the damn thing up myself. Cost my business more than I could make on the job. Thanks for the loss of income PBT.

  Currently standing the outside reception door, it is locked up and no one is home. It’s 8.30 on a Saturday. A sign in front of me states very clearly that Saturday opening hours are 8am - 10am. For a organisation of this size to conduct business in this way I find, quite frankly, appaling.

  I had to go pick up the items myself. After trying 3 times to get them delivered. Then the staff had trouble locating my items at the depot. Merry Christmas. At least I got my stuff in the end.

  Super helpful staff, especially given Christmas perssures. They even brought me a coffee, despite the fact I didn't end up sending my parcle with then. Great people. Thank you.
