  Can't talk for the other hairdressers, but I've recently got one of the worse if not the worst haircut in my life from one of the girls there. I asked the girl to cut my fringe in a straight line she said she hates that and practically refused to do it. Let alone the fact that it was completely uneven. The rest of my haircut, though I didn't give any directions for that, was as if I had stepped out of a lousy 60s soap opera. I think if the customer pays 100 dollars for a haircut then they should be able to choose what hairstyle they walk out with, not the hairdresser, whether they like the request, or not.

  I've been coming to see Kumiko for ages and always get compliments on my hair. I love their selection of drinks to choose from too.

  The decor is funky and interesting but I was extremely disappointed. Paid a high price and ended up with nothing that I requested. Was rushed through as the young man had another client waiting. Both colour and cut was a total waste of money.
