  Very friendly service and the rooms were nice. Unlimited fibre internet was definitely a plus!

  Unfortunately I had to ask to have my room made up two days in a row. I had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper when i got back the second night. I was paying a very high rate of $167 per night as well. The food in the restaurant was just okay. The beef wellibgton was really undercooked. The pastry was not baked through and the fillet red raw like a blue steak. Very disappointing stay.

  Very poor. The room was ok but we had booked a room for 3 and only received 2 towels, 2 cups and 2 glasses. I had to ask twice before this was corrected. House keeping didn't arrive until 5:30 just as we were wanting to get ready for dinner. When discussed with the manager I was told "that's just the way it is". I honestly expected better from Rydges having only had good experiences with them in the past. I think the big issue is that they appear to be acutely under-staffed.

  Cheap but dated and average maintained. Was given a room with disabled bathroom, told them that the bathroom is blocked but not attended to. Won't recommend going during summer as it was hot with no air conditioning, got to have all the windows opened and fan myself to sleep for the past 3 nights. Good value for what they charge but I won't return. Slightly better than a double ensuite back packer type room.
