  I'm a big fan of The Yoga Lounge. They have a great variety of classes for different levels and excellent expertise to go with it. The environment is really lovely and it's a perfect location in central Welly. I'm trading in my lazy lunches for yoga lunches! :)

  The Yoga Lounge is a beautiful, friendly and inviting yoga studio. Erika is so down to earth, great fun and a fantastic yoga teacher. There are a wide variety of classes at really accessible times so you can try something different every day. The lunch time classes are especially good as they are only 45 mins long so can be easily done in your lunch break, and with such a great location in the CBD it makes for a lovely lunch time escape. The classes are well organised, small and not at all intimidating - they are suitable for all experience levels. I love the Yoga Lounge and always feel great after a class!

  The Yoga Lounge is an amazing place to practice Yoga! The location is so convenient and the class times make it easy to commit to getting on the mat! Erika and the rest of the Yoga Lounge Staff are lovely and very knowledgeable and offer a wide range of practices that have really improved my overall strength and confidence. I highly recommend the Yoga Lounge to people of all levels, there really is something for everyone.

  This is a fantastic little studio that I have already recommended to several friends. The staff here are very friendly and professional - and teach various forms of yoga to a very high standard. The course times really suit the time I have available, the location is central and convienient for me - and I am really enjoying the health and well-being benefits of doing yoga regularly. I can't recommend the yoga lounge highly enough.
