  I have been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years at many different studios and retreats and and have loved my time so far at The Yoga Space - it is up there with the best! The studio has such a gorgeous warm energy and the teachers are all uniquely special. We are so lucky to have such a great studio in NP.

  I love the yoga space. It has a great community vibe and offers a range of classes. It is has a very yin yang style. The teachers push you hard to challenge yourself and on the other hand they offer yin classes that completely stretch u out,relax and ground u after a hard week. ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE the occasional saturday workshops they offer and cant wait for the next one. Keep up the good work alex and co

  I haven't done a great deal of yoga in the past and none for quite a while but wanted to get back into it. I was attracted to the hot yoga class on a Friday with Peggy partly because its an hour so means I can fit it into my day but also because its cold and the yoga promised to be hot! I've been for the last 3 weeks and am loving it. The class is welcoming and although the ability levels vary hugely (with me very much at the novice end of the spectrum), I haven't felt like I don't fit. I enjoy Peggy's teaching style and am getting a lot out of the classes.

  The Space is a great place to practice Yoga. It is right in town and it offers different types of yoga. If you are a beginner or a more experienced yogi you will find a class that suits you and a teacher that goes with your style. The space is cosy and warm. Very good value for money! Highly recommended.
