::Walk in clinic ok there's a wait list but hey rather be where the help is than at home in bed freakn out...THANKS 3 RIVERS...mmm free WiFi a bonus clean waiting room hand sanitiser and tissues on counter nrs +receptionist do job effectively even though I couldn't put my "nice to you" face on you still made me feel ok...EXCEPTIONAL...once again THANK YOU 😨😧😥

::needed urgent appointment, three rivers don't want to know you if your registered eles where, even if you don't mind paying fees for casual appointment. apparently management said they only taking appointments for there own reg patients.

::I went there with my 18 month old son when he hurt his wrist really bad. He obviously was in pain. On arrival I asked the reception lady if I should have gone to the ER or if they can deal with it at 3 Rivers. She said it was fine. They had X-ray services on site. After waiting for 20min (baby in pain) the nurse called us. She told me that they could not treat him here and I had to go to the hospital. First, they let us wait to then tell us we need to go somewhere else. Despite me checking on arrival! At the ER I was told my son really should have been treated at the GP... 3 Rivers medical is obviously sending patients away (babies in pain !) when it really is their job to treat them, DISGUSTING !!!

::Every single time iv been to three rivers which has been for my kids, after making appointments over the ph before hand, we still have to wait around 30min before we are seen. Very difficult when you have kids not well/getting impatient.
