  Horrible customer service no smiling not cheerful. She didn’t smiled even once. I told her i need 4wd car but she denied that i never mention it instead she insist that i asked for suv which i never mentioned. Raising voice with a customer trying to scare them. I an a peace loving guy so i decided to write a review then arguing with her and create a scene.

  I never thought I’d bother to review a car rental place, but these folks are SO LOVELY. I dropped car off at the wrong location (airport not city) AND I was late (really late) and they were kind understanding. Then I left my credit card in the console and they called and let me know so I could come back and get it.

  Check-in was hassle free. Everything was explained clearly and a great start to our holiday. Highly recommended Thrifty.

  Have rented through this agency once. No issues encountered on this occasion. Car received was in good, clean and tidy condition.
