  Poor customer service. Rude. Unapologetic. They were unable to supply tiles to match a previous purchase then charged me a 20% fee on return of the faulty tiles. Would never shop their again. Customer service is about finding the best outcome for your customer, not treating them like dirt.

  Poor customer service, no price guarantee, definately pays to go in well informed and shop around first!

  Great team at the Tile Depot. Advised us expertly and the end result shows. Also put us onto a great tiler who got the job done within a couple of days where others were booked up for three months.
