  Went into Tile World and was so happy with the service! Sherie was amazing. Helpful, sincere and genuinely interested in my ideas. Made me feel so welcome i could have stayed for a cuppa. I am so happy with the tiles i ordered and picked up and cant wait to get my new bathroom sorted.

  We had wonderful service from Tile World. They worked out the right quantities, despite the unusual design, and ensured we had the tiles in time for installation, despite the complexity caused by the COVID-19 Lockdown. The final result has a real "wow" factor.

  Very bad experience. I made an order which did not arrive on a due date, I was contacting them for five days since then, and everyday they were telling me the order should be coming the next day. On the fifth day when I asked to give me the tracking details for my order they told me they would check and get back to me. only to tell that my order would be coming the next week due to 'courier mistake'. It took them only five days to start checking when I was telling them that I need the order urgently, they did not even bother to have a look. I am very disappointed and never going to use them again

  Had another excellent experience with the team at Tile World this week. Am only doing a small job but the guys there couldn't have been more helpful, both with their assistance in choosing tiles etc and in being so patient with advice that's so essential for an over-confident do-it-yourselfer. Every year or two we seem to have some tiling to do as we gradually do up the house, and these guys have never disappointed.
