::No facility for elderly as requested .shower impossible no rail to hold onto to prevent falling and base of shower very slippery. Water trickled out. Not good. Crumbs in toasted from previous clients and oven filthy. On the plus side nice quiet retreat. Motels really need a lot of work to update.

::Great little hidden gem. Booked the double room unit. It was really lovely, well equipped and very comfy. Lovely reception. Pleasant stroll to Pukekura Park. Will definitely stay here again.
